my membership is up because of card isue. but I ad new card

Your post was blank @Abdulm1795 and the subject line isn't really clear on what your issue is. 

If the problem is that membership plan auto-renewal failed because your card expired and you've now added your new card details then auto-renewal isn't going to try again. 

You need to buy your next plan manually here: 

Then auto-renewal will take over again from next month as long as the payment card is valid, is not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card. 

If that doesn't address your issue/question then you'll need to explain your issue/question more clearly and in more detail.
