my membership is telling me i don't have an active plan

Hi I have just received an automated voice note telling me I don't have an active plan? how is this possible when i am set up with monthly automatic renewal to my plan and membership?

I don't recall ever getting a voicemail when I didn't have a membership.

Do you mean that you got this message when you tried to make a call?

Could auto-renewal have failed for some reason?

What does your Transactions page say?

What does your My48 Dashboard say about your current membership status?

Does your Buy Plan page list any "upcoming" memberships?
