i bought the Guido offer yesterday but I only got 300mins and unlimited calls and 20mins landline
I don't have Internet and 60mins landline
can you do something about it

I bought the membership yesterday it already started the expired date 12th November 11.59pm

OK - I guess you need to contact 48 support and ask them about it if you don't seem to have received your full new membership allowances:

As I said several times already you probably need to contact 48 support here:

Nobody on the forum can really do anything about this and it needs inside help from 48 support.
