i have membership but wont let me recruit

Hi, i have a active membership but when i click "recruit" so i can invite friends it tells me "Sorry, you don't have an active membership". I have tried buying next monts membership and turning on auto renewal but still have next issue. Any way for me to get a refferal link ?
