yeah, I read that it is only for new users, stupid if you ask me, it is not that hard to go around it, we all have family and friends which will set it up for us with no problem, but it is huge waste of time and resources...(the sim must be manufactured and shipped over again, what's the point in that...geez these corpos and their logic...they probably want to inflate their user count, it is supposed to look good for shareholders, it doesn't matter that half of it will be ghost accounts..)
