I joined in September 2023
I moved my number but also got a new one on "half price for 3 months offer".
Unfortunately since the beginning I am being overcharged, instead of paying 6.50 euro it charges me 13 euro.
I got on to the agent last month and this has happened again this month.
This is tiring when a company can't sort out their own payment system.

Are you absolutely sure that you qualified for the half price for 3 months offer?
E.g. could the SIM have been ordered before May 30th:
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
You may need to get onto 48 support again.
