cant see account details

i cant see my account details, ive set up my SIM, payed the money, switched my number, but now when i go to 48 to see how much data i have etc it says retrieving account details and if i see nothing after 15 minutes click here, clicking does nothing, i have waited for hours, refreshed the page and tried different broswers and devices, nothing works, someone help?

You'll have to contact 48 support.
This seems to happen from time to time for some new users.
