can't use my activation code
I registered 48 yesterday and move my number to 48. Today I want to join membership but I could use my activation code. it said that SIM has already been registered.

I don't understand.
The activation code is used once to activate the SIM.
Presumably you did that when you registered yesterday?
Why are you trying to use it now (again?)?
You don't use the activation code to buy membership.
Please clarify exactly what your problem is.
