hi, hopefully you can help:  I have credit but can not send text messages

What do you mean by "credit"?
Cash credit?
Active membership with a non zero text allowance?
Active membership and a text add-on that hasn't been used up?
What does your My 48 page say about your membership status and text allowance balance?
Do all texts fail or just some?
