It says I have 71gb of credit yet, I am abroad but i am still in the EU, I should still have credit. I got a text saying “you have reached your data allowance as per EU fair use policy. Help is appreciated thank you.
My membership ran out today and I’ve paid online yet it’s not working and when I log into my profile it says I’ve paid for both June and July on the first day of both months which is not what I had planned
When you change up membership cost to 12.99 does it activate immediately or do you have to wait until your existing membership finishes, if so how do I change that?
