What exactly do you mean by "WiFi was supposed to redeem/WiFi hasn't redeemed"?
Do you mean that your membership plan was supposed to renew today and give you a new mobile data allowance?
(Mobile or cellular data and WiFi are completely different things).
Are any services working for you? Calls, texts, data?
If anything isn't working now was it working before today?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
