Why was I charged €25.98 for the first membership plan?

Hi my is Meer yesterday I activated 2new sim for my sons .we take plan 12.99 top up each sim but your system charged. Us each sim 25.98 .please tell me why

When you buy your first membership plan for €12.99 you are also charged a one-time activation fee of €12.99 - that's €25.98 the first time and then it's €12.99 per month thereafter.

€12.99 Plan

This €12.99 Plan is only available to new 48 customers who order their 48 SIM and purchase a €12.99 Plan from the 5th April 2022. A one-time activation fee of €12.99 applies with the first plan purchase.
