I tried to recharge monthly plan and it shows error and also i turned on automate recharge but i have to do myself monthly recharge

Kindly help me to automative renewal in my account, currently i have to do manually and sometimes data finishes also

I am mot able to buy a new plan also after making it automate monthly not renewing my plan
