0818 numbers are not covered by membership/add-on landline or mobile allowance minutes.

They cost 50c per minute charged to your cash credit balance.

You probably have insufficient cash credit on your account to pay for the call.

There may be a regular landline alternative that is covered by your membershipI/add-on landline minutes allowances.
