Where is the second month free?

I transferred the number, I bought the plan, the description said that 12.99€ was the activation fee, the next 12.99 was the plan fee and the second month for free, I don't see the 12.99 on my48 account and on the Dashboard it shows the account is valid for 30 days and where is the second month free ?

As far as I know you should have received €12.99 cash credit into your My48 account with which you could purchase your second month's membership plan.

If that's not the case and there's no upcoming membership plan for the second month listed on your Buy Plan page:

... then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
