The app hasn't worked for me since 29 February. Either I get a page telling me the site is under maintenance or I get an error box saying something something is not set to an instance and I'm invited to refresh (which brings back the same error box).

You'll have to contact 48 support to ask them about this.
Nobody here on the Community Forum will know when it's likely to be fixed.

Why don't you just use the website for now - and maybe for good?
As far as I know the only thing that you can't do there and need the app for is managing contacts for the purposes of Flexi Data.

I just tried to use the Android app, got a message that there was a new update, installed this via the Google Store and now it's working again.
