Why does my network keep changing from 48 to Tesco Mobile. I did not sign up to Tesco Mobile. Is this perhaps the reason for my woeful phone and mobile data signal. I would like to say 48 could make it easier for a customer to get help with their problem. its useless to offer help about other issues ehich are not relevant.

Some phones misidentify virtual networks such as 48, Tesco, Gomo, Lyca etc.

Are calls, texts, data working ok?

If so then just ignore it.

 

What exactly do you mean by "woeful phone and mobile data signal"?

Have you contacted 48 support if you are having problems?
