Vat receipt

Im looking to get a vat receipt each month or even any type of receipt will do. I contacted support they said they would get back to me but I haven't heard anything since 3 or 4 days

I tried again on 48 chat and eventually I got my receipts. I think il leave it 6 months build up till I try again. Too much hassle monthly
