i have a plan , and my data is end , nothig left. But i buy another plan. Can you active my another plan where i buy ? Because top up is very exspensive.

Memberships always run their full monthly course.
You can't end a membership and start a new one prematurely if you've used up some membership allowance.
If you use up your membership data allowance before the membership month has ended then you need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data to use for the rest of the membership month.

If you're habitually using up your membership data allowance and are not already on the €12.99/200GB membership then you might want to consider switching to that?
