Calls work while roaming but not texts/data

My 48 when I am abroad will only allow me make a call. I cannot text. Also can't access mobile data

What happens when you try to send a text?

If you're trying to text a non Irish number then you'll need cash credit on your account to pay for the international text. Ditto for international calls.

What country are you in? Mobile data only works in certain countries while roaming.
