Hi All, My membership is due to run out tomorrow, currently on the Guido & trying to upgrade to the newer €12.99 unlimited data, when I select it and click change I keep getting the "Oops, something went wrong, we are working on it", but going on a while now. Have tried off different browsers etc too and same thing

This seems to be a common problem for some reason that has never been explained (or fixed!).
You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.

It's technically for complaints but others have used it to contact support.
