Updated bank card details but can't buy membership

My bank card is out of date. I have updated the details but cannot renew my membership

You mean that you updated your bank card details here? 

And you can't buy a membership plan here? 

What happens? 

Any error messages? 

Are you sure that your new bank card has been activated - usually needs to be activated at an ATM?

And it's not frozen via your online banking?
