Your phone is not locked to 48. 48 don't sell phones and don't lock users' own phones to their network. In fact phones *must be* unlocked to work on 48's network. If Vodafone told you that the phone is locked to 48 then they're talking rubbish. You need to get back to them and ask them why their SIM is not working in your phone because the reason that they have given its bogus.
