Membership did not renew

My membership did not automatically renew and mobile network stopped working as I had not renewed. First time it has happened in nearly 5 years of membership. **bleep**ing work van broke down on the side of the road and I had no one to contact for help. **bleep**ing ridiculous.

Probably this issue? 

Not sure if the issue is fixed now but if auto-renewal fails then you'll need to buy your next membership plan manually before auto-renewal takes over again from the next month.
