Unable to top up with account balance

When i try to top up with my 48 account balance it says “specified method not supported”. How could this be fixed?

What exactly do you mean "top up with my 48 account balance"?

Do you mean you are trying to buy a membership or add-on and pay for it using your cash credit balance?

If so and you are getting that error then you will have to contact 48 support.
