I received a text message from '48Months' saying 'From 48: Youve used up all of your data in your current membership. To manage your account visit https://48.ie/log-in'.
I joined up one month ago, today is my first day of paid plan. I certainly haven't used 200GB this morning. I have a credit balance of 2c and don't know where this has came from. Is this accurate?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and allowance balances?
Is mobile data working ok?
The message could simply be a mistake.
I think that some people have received such messages erroneously before.
