What exactly do you mean by "recharging", "unable to access SIM account", and "purchase packs"?
If you mean that you're having problems buying a membership plan then what happens?
Any error messages?
Does it make any difference if you use the web interface instead of the app - or vice versa?
Is your payment card still valid?
When were you last able to buy a membership plan successfully?
If that's not the problem then please explain clearly what the issue is.
