What does this mean?
When was your SIM/number working correctly last?
When did you last buy a membership plan?
If you mean that your SIM has become suspended because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months then you'll need to contact 48 support to see if they can reactivate it.
If you didn't buy a membership plan for 13+ months then your account will have been completely deleted and you'll have to start from scratch as a new user with 48.
