Where is it saying that the plan has expired?
Your thread title is "transaction error" so what was the error message for the transaction?
What does the My48 account dashboard say about the current membership plan status and expiry date?
What does the Transactions page say about the recent payment?
Are there any stacked upcoming membership plans listed on the Buy Plan page?
When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan for this account?
Are you sure that the transaction went through, the payment card is still valid, it's not frozen via online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
What happens when you try to make a call, send a text or use mobile data?
Any error messages?
