Topped up the wrong account - how to get a refund?

Hi I unintentionally activated a 48 mobile number which is not matching my mobile number. When I logged in to activate my sim I completed the process including purchasing totalling €25+ however when I checked the invoice and membership plan the nj.ber on the top of the invoice does not match my number. So I'm without a membership plan and have been charged for a number I do not have.
Any advice our assistance would be greatly appreciated.
