I have topped up my membership and its still not working

When were things working ok last? 

What exactly isn't working? 

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If you do have a network connection then are any services working ok? 

Calls, texts, mobile data?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
