I have topped up and it’s not showing on my plan I still can’t make calls

What exactly do you mean by "topped up"?

Did you buy a membership plan or top up your cash credit balance?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?

Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
