Hi, I have set up my card and topped up by 7.99. However, i havent got the membership when I payed for it. Could you plaese help me as I am stuck for calls.

As I see it the top and the membership are the same thing (am I wrong?). There is only a chat for customer care and the button isn't there. Is there a number to ring? Thanks!

I understand top-up to mean topping up your cash credit balance.
Buying a membership is a different thing.
You haven't clarified what's on your My48 account as I asked above.
All support on 48 is online - there's no number that you can call.
If the chat option is not available then it may be finished for the day.

Apologies. I bought a membership for 7.99e and it did not come through as I cannot call. Also I want to buy a second membership as the first time it has not worked but I am unable to do so as i get a message like "Sorry you are not allowed to purchase memberships, since you have a Bundle in progress"

@KevinK7419  you need to contact 48 support about this.

Seems to happen from time to time for some users.

I don't know why but only 48 support will be able to sort it out for you.
