I understand top-up to mean topping up your cash credit balance.
Buying a membership is a different thing.
You haven't clarified what's on your My48 account as I asked above.
All support on 48 is online - there's no number that you can call.
If the chat option is not available then it may be finished for the day.

@KevinK7419 you need to contact 48 support about this.
Seems to happen from time to time for some users.
I don't know why but only 48 support will be able to sort it out for you.
