What does your My 48 account page say about your current membership status and expiry date and does it list any next membership in the membership planner section?
Just because you bought a new membership doesn't necessarily mean that it has started now.
If you have a current membership that has not yet expired then the new membership will not start until it has run its full monthly course and then expires.
