Hi, I changed to the Mitch a few days ago and haven’t got 100 texts in my account?

Are you sure that the new Mitch membership has already started and that it's not "stacked" to start when your current membership expires?

What does your My 48 account page say about your current membership type/status and expiry date?

You didn't answer the questions that I asked.

In any case you probably need to contact 48 support about this issue.
