My sons fone was off for a few months and now the sim is turned off , can i get it turned back on for him , he can still log into my48 but can not topuo

After a certain number of months without buying membership (6 I think) a SIM will be deactivated and the owner needs to contact 48 support to get it reactivated.
I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.
