How can I have support for my SIM card not working anymore from yesterday ?
The same SIM is not working if trying to other iphones...it looks a SIM issue.

How can I have one for replacement ?? I am without the phone/connection...and it's a problem.

Phone is working with other SIM but not with 48.
Can someone check whats's the problem or do something ?
There's no way to contact the support....bad.

To contact 48 support see the links in my signature below.

If you need a replacement SIM then see here:

Are all the phones that you're trying unlocked for use on any network?

What happens when you install it in the phone in which it is originally working?

Any error messages?

What works/doesn't work? E.g. network connection/signal bars, calls, texts, mobile data?

If you don't get signal bars then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

Did anything change on the original phone? E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Have you tried a non iPhone?

Hello,

Please may I have your help.

I have a very old iPhone 8

I have purchased a sim free iphone 13

The sim will not work in the new phone.

it shows up perfect in settings - but will not show 48 in the top of the screen and no signal.

re started / re inserted sim etc

Your screenshots don't display properly.

All I see are two warning triangles.

You should probably try a replacement SIM too see if that helps.

Are you absolutely sure that the phone is unlocked for use on any Bristol network?

It's also possible that the iPhone needs to go through the stupid Apple iPhone activation process.

This involves the phone silently sending an SMS message to a UK activation server.

This will fail silently if it can't be sent because you don't have an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for the international text message.

I really don't know why Apple insist on this ridiculous process as it just causes so many people so much confusion.

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.
