If you mean that it has been suspended because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months then you'll need to contact 48 support to see if they can reactivate it for you.
If it's been more than 13 months since you last bought a membership plan then you'll most likely have to start from scratch as a new user with a new SIM and number on 48.
If that's not the issue then you'll need to clarify what the issue is.
