Me too. In Spain. APN 48months.liffeytelecom.com. Tried Turing off & on but without success (using iphone)

Success! Many thanks Dalyer. For info. The issue was with the SIM application settings. Under “When abroad” the automatic setting did not work so I changed it to “ When Abroad -> Network Selection -> Manual -> International Roaming” and this worked. May be of use to others with a similar problem.
