Do I need to add to my membership if I’m heading to Turkey or will my phone roam no problem?

You'll need cash credit on your account to pay for incoming and outgoing calls and outgoing texts - see here:

Data will not work as it only works while roaming in the EU/UK so you'll have to depend on local wifi networks for internet access and connected apps.
