Roaming is not topping up

I am In Spain at the moment and when I top up my membership , my roaming does not top up. Roaming was working, so it is not an issue of the server. I have spent 25 euro on two memberships but on the website my roaming allowence has not topped up . Please help

If you have an active membership and used up the roaming data allowance then buying a new membership is not going to top the roaming data up.

You need to buy a data add-on as far as I know.

If necessary contact 48 support for advice.
