My membership expires tomorrow, but when I try to pay as usual, it just keeps telling me that an error occurred. The bank account is fine. Please advise, thanks

How are you trying to do this?
By text, on the website, on the app etc.?
Can you try another method?
If all else fails contact 48 support and they should be able to help.

I tried the website and the app.
In the end, I changed the saved card details and then it went through - it was as if it was only reading the saved card details, even though I was using the other (unsaved) card option.
Anyway, sorted now 🙂
