You mean 10th August or 8th October 2023?
Is there a reason that this only came to light now?
What does your Transactions page say about these payments?
Maybe you simply inadvertently bought two memberships in one go and both went on your account meaning that you weren't out of pocket?
You may need to contact 48 support about this issue.
