Your post is a bit unclear but if you're asking if you can start a new membership plan early before the previous plan has expired then, no, you can't do that.
Membership plans always run their full monthly course and a new one can only start when the current one expires.
If you mean that you have used up some membership plan bundled allowance on your current plan then you can buy an add-on to tide you over until the end of the current plan at which point the newly purchased plan will kick in.
