Recurring msg

Gave my number entering a competition (silly mistake!) and now I'm going to get charged for msgs sent to me. Provider wont let me send stop to the number. Please help

You'll have to contact the provider some other way asking them to stop.
If they don't comply then complain to Comreg about them.
48 don't allow messages to be sent to Premium SMS/5XXXX numbers.
