This appears after I enter my card details and click Pay Now. I tried my saved card as well as entering a new one.
Anyone else experiencing the same today? It's not the first time I've had this problem with the 48 payment portal.

No - there was a general payment problem this morning but it seems to be resolved now.

I was able to buy a membership plan via the Gift Store just now.

Any error messages?
Does it make any difference if you use the website instead of the app - or vice versa?
Is your payment card still valid?
