Hello,
on Saturday, February 24, I bought a new plan for 12.99 € and it turned out that I no longer had it.
Everything happened?

Your post is a bit confusing.

What do you mean by "I no longer had it" and "everything happened"?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent purchases?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
