What exactly do you mean by "data plan"?
48 don't offer any data [only] plans.
What do you mean by "I bought a data plan but can't renew it"?
That's very confusing.
What exactly did you buy?
What can't you "renew"?
Please explain more clearly exactly what the issue is.
What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?
When did you last successfully buy a membership plan?
Are any services working?
Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?
If not then what happens when you try to use them?
When were services working ok for you last?
