Problem porting my Eir number to 48,

I've been back and forth between 48 and eir, I'm prepay registered, but can't get my number ported over to 48, can anyone help?

Only 48 support will be able to sort this out so you will have to contact them about it.

I have been doing online chats for 2 weeks about my number not moving from Eir, and still no help. Eir has given me all the information on my account, and can't see why my number not moving to 48

Sorry I don't know but you'll have to keep dealing with 48 support to get this resolved.
There's no other way to get it sorted.
